Summary: This was a great clean home for the family to relax at. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good to go outside but the games were nice to have.

Summary: The property was well equipped for all of our needs. The two decks and patio were well furnished for outdoor enjoyment. We loved the pickleball/tennis courts in the neighborhood. The lake view was beautiful. The property is as advertised. The few items that would make the stay better is if there was a higher occupancy. The unit is huge and has bedding for more but only allows 4 people. We would like to come back with our son and his family, but the occupancy does not allow it. The unit has a boat dock but is not included with the rental. Use of the boat dock would make the rental more convenient as we had to dock our boat across the lake and drive back and forth. We knew these things before we rented but the price, location and amenities of the rental was well worth it. There were many restaurants within walking distance and we ate at three of them. They were all very good. Would stay here again.

Summary: This property itself was actually great! However, the rental management group is HORRIBLE. Our reservation was for 2 nights. The confirmation confirms the reservation was for 2 nights. HOWEVER, the management group added on a third night the night before we checked in and automatically charged my credit card WITHOUT authorization. It took 2 days being on the phone to get it situated and they still haven't refunded me the full amount for the 3rd night they just added on because they kept money for taxes. Do not stay at a VACASA managed property. I won't again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. The place was spotless and you can't beat the great location! The set up was perfect for us with the large bedrooms and private space. We were all able to work remotely at some point during our stay without any issues. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Summary: The townhome was very nice. However upon arrival it was a little dirty (cobwebs etc) and neither the blender nor the coffeemaker worked. Management was informed of this the first day mod our 8 day stay and did not fix the problem.

Summary: I am an experienced VRBO customer and I found this site to be one of the most well equipped I have used. It had everything we needed. We had a bit of trouble getting entrance but the host manager responded immediately and that was true for the full five days we were there. The only problem we had was the trash pick up. The site for trash drop off does it open until 8 so you need to be aware if their hours. We easily visited the Presidential homes of Jefferson, Madison’s see on and Monroe as well as Williamsburg, Culpeper and Fredericksburg from this site.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood (went in October though) with friendly neighbors. Beautiful fall scenery. Took my small dog, who seemed to equally enjoy her time there. Seems as if they were anticipating my needs, which was comforting. For example, I forgot sugar to put in my coffee, but there was already sugar available to use.

Summary: This property is beautiful -- the decor was lovely, the lakeside location beautiful. However, we will not be renting this townhome again. We rented a total of three units here for a family gathering, and the neighbors repeatedly complained to the vacation company -- about the way cars were parked in the otherwise empty lot, for example. Occupants here were my elderly parents and an elderly aunt, who are quiet and respectful. Vacasa threatened to evict my parents after they said they planned to host the family for a steak dinner one night (apparently having any more than four guests in the unit, even for dinner, is not allowed.) My sense is that this was not the fault of the owners, but of neighbors who are annoyed by the presence of renters. In any event, it was an inhospitable stay, and we will not be returning, nor will we be renting from Vacasa again. We did not have any issues with the other two units, which were further away toward the Tap House. If you rent, be prepared for hostile neighbors.
